• A Strict ‘Challenge 25’ policy is operated, which means that our driver will always ask for ID

• Full details of age including postcode, must be given when placing order.

• Please be aware, our driver carries no cash or excess stock with them so when placing your order

please ensure you have remembered to order everything you want.

• Delivery usually will be within 1-2HRS, But please allow extra time during busy period.

• Only one person should approach delivery vehicle at one time.

When our driver deliver an order containing alcohol, it’s important that you aware that our

driver will not hand over any alcohol to a customer who already appears to be drunk or under

the influence of drugs. 

 `Our Diver satisfied that that customer is in fact aged 18 or over.  It is recommended that photo

ID be checked before any physical delivery, and indeed that our terms and conditions state that

if our delivery driver cannot verify at the door that the customer is over 18 that the delivery will

not be made
